What Site Prep Is Needed Before Building An MQS Pole Building in Lewis and Clark County?
- If you are providing your own concrete, dirt, or other pad, you must provide us with a level building site of approximately two feet larger than your building’s specs on all sides.
- Site prep should include the site being sloped off around the perimeter to ensure that water drains away from the site.
- Final cosmetic leveling and grading may be needed after the completion of your building.
Site excavation for your building may be available through MQS, depending on your location. If unavailable, we will work with you to find the best solution possible for you in your area.
