MQS (originally Montana Quality Structures) is a family-owned and locally operated company. Our founder and owner’s (Mark Stoltzfus) construction background traces back to his Amish upbringing, and since its founding in 2011, those same ingrained values of work ethic, expert craftsmanship, and working with integrity are foundational to everything we do.
With over 5,000 buildings being built, our buildings can be found dotting the landscape across Montana, Idaho, and beyond. While also being ranked 1st and 3rd for builders in Montana. If you see the MQS logo at the apex of a roof, you know it’s well-built, testifying to quality workmanship at a competitive price.
MQS has grown into one of the largest post-frame building companies in the region, with eight local office locations proudly serving select counties across Montana, Idaho, Northern Wyoming, and Eastern Washington.
To support that growth and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish, we’ve invested in and developed our own supply yard and warehouse, along with a dedicated fleet of delivery trucks.
