“I do not write reviews, but the job MQS did was outstanding! The experience started when I asked for a proposal from Merv. Even after numerous changes (I had a lot) he was more than accommodating. The material was delivered on time and the driver was great. Construction began on the date and time, Merv said they would be there. The construction crew was polite, very conscientious and worked like a machine. The team started on Monday and was finished Friday. The garage went up so fast the neighbors came by to see it and was surprised by the quality of the material and build. One of the neighbors, who is a commercial builder, said they did an excellent job, and he was going to implement one or two of their building methods in his construction. The concrete was completed two weeks later, and the crew was outstanding. One day to form and one day to pour. Every single person who worked on the job was great. Every step of the job started and finished when Merv said it would and he came out numerous times to inspect the job. Overall, MQS did an outstanding job!! They do what they say they will do, at the times they say it will be done, for the cost they quote. I would HIGHLY recommend MQS.”

“Hiring MQS to build our outbuilding was the smartest decision we have ever made. From start to finish, every member of the project communicated with us and performed their respective jobs efficiently and professionally. Michael was incredibly patient as we started out, answering all our questions and not making us feel like we were wasting his time as we went back and forth sizing and re-sizing the final structure. William and his crew did an amazing job pouring the slab in cold, blustery weather, keeping at it until the job was done. Noah's construction team took care to do everything just right and not cut corners or rush the job as has been our experience with other builders. Everyone communicated with us, showed up on time, worked diligently the whole time they were at the job site, and kept us "in the loop" as the building went up. The job site was cleaned up every day; there were never cigarette butts or other trash lying around; and left-over construction materials were stacked neatly in the new garage (which had been swept out). I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, respect, and talent exhibited by the people working for MQS. I can recommend MQS without reservation.”
