We worked with Michael Yoder at MQS Barn to build our 30'x40' RV Garage/Shop. Michael planned, managed and oversaw the entire project. MQS did an excellent job from beginning to end. The planning, communication, quality and workmanship was exceptional.
They did exactly what they said they would do. The crew was hard working, highly skilled and very efficient.
We highly recommend MQS to anyone who plans on building a pole barn, shop, garage or hobby building. MQS is 5 star company that you can trust. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are so happy that we called MQS. When you are ready to build, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Tim T

Our experience with MQS was terrific from the initial email through the end of the build. Our salesman was able to take down our needs and came up with the perfect design for our shop/garage.
Throughout the process, he was quick to respond via phone and email to our questions and was very helpful in guiding us toward a solution that matched both our budget and needs. The Amish crew that built the garage were professional and quick without compromising quality. Now that our MQS building is completed, we couldn't be happier with the process, craftsmanship, and value. We highly recommend MQS!

From the start, MQS was able to answer all of our questions and the price they quoted never changed. The construction took only 2 and a half days, and our new garage looks great! If you're looking for a quality building, I highly recommend MQS

Frequently Asked Questions

What Kind Of Warranties Come With An Residential Building From MQS?

Each building from MQS comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. This covers problems that could occur with the building’s construction. If issues with a building occur within the first year, we will gladly come out and fix them as soon as possible. Typically, most repairs take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on whether or not replacement parts need to be ordered and their availability.

We take pride in the quality of how our buildings are built, so if something does happen with your MQS building even after one year, please give us a call. We will assess your situation and work with you to find the best solution possible.

We build all our Residential Buildings with the highest-quality materials, most of which come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. For example, our garage doors, metal roofing and siding panels, and posts highlight warranties of 10, 40, and 50 years, respectively. To find the specifics of our product warranties, please visit our building process page, our warranties page, or give us a call!

What Is The Typical Start-To-Finish Time On An Residential building From MQS?

The entire process from initial contract agreement to finished construction of your custom Ag post-frame building can be as little as 4-6 weeks.

Completion times will vary based on seasonal and local demand, if custom parts (such as special Dutch or steel insulated garage doors, cupolas with weathervanes) need to be specially ordered, if there are delays in obtaining needed permits, or if site prep is not completed by the scheduled start date.

If you have any questions about the process for your build, please give us a call!

What Site Prep Is Needed Before Building An MQS Post-Frame Residential Building?

  • If you are providing your own concrete, dirt, or other pad, you must provide us with a level building site of approximately two feet larger than your building’s specs on all sides.
  • Site prep should include the site being sloped off around the perimeter to ensure that water drains away from the site.
  • Final cosmetic leveling and grading may be needed after the completion of your building.

Site excavation for your building may be available through MQS, depending on your location. If unavailable, we will work with you to find the best solution possible for you in your area.
If you have any questions about this process, please give us a call.

Does MQS Offer Any Financing?

At this time, we do not offer any financing options on our post-frame buildings. We have a longstanding business relationship with First Interstate Bank, which may help you get better rates. Please mention to your loan officer that your financing is for an MQS Building. If you have any other questions, please give us a call.
