This 60x60x16 equine & horse indoor riding arena equestrian pole barn in Newport, WA, was completed in August, 2025.

It features Protech Steel stone metal siding, dark brown metal wainscoting, and matching evergreen metal trim and metal roofing panels. This project includes two-foot overhangs on all sides, sidelight belts on two sides to let in natural light. One 12×50 lean-to covering a sliding door with windows, which mirrors the same windowed door style on the opposite side. Single sliding doors and one solid entry door round out the opposite sides of the project, allowing horse and rider entry/exit from any direction.

This project also included stamped engineering plans to meet and exceed local snow load requirements and all other local regulations.

This is also the second project we have completed for this customer. The first completed project was a 36x60x16 equipment and vehicle storage residential pole barn garage in Newport, WA. Featuring two 12×14 garage doors, one on either of the long ends, offering easy pull-through loading and unloading access to the building.
