Our Sales Rep, Glen Stoll, and the rest of the office staff were excellent. He spent a great deal of time helping us design our building, explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Then, the construction crew arrived earlier than promised and drilled the holes for the building the first day. The second day, materials arrived and they began the building. The third day, the building was FINISHED! The guys were great! During the final walk through, the foreman even pointed out a small little flaw that I NEVER would have caught otherwise and they were back to fix it within a day or two. Suffice it to say, our experience was phenomenal and we can highly recommend MQS.

I bought a home with an MQS shed. It is two years old and thus out of warranty. I contacted Glen, the Sales Manager, about a slight leak in an angle of the roof. He came over that day and cured the problem. What a company! They have the “old time” philosophy that doing it right is good business. Kudos to MQS!

Michael and his team were top tier. The process was very straight forward. The response time from Michael during the design phase was immediate, which is a huge selling point for me when looking at a larger investment like this. I work with contractors in many areas of the country and watching the install crew work was like being on another planet. They knew exactly what had to be done, they were quiet, respectful, clean, showed up on time, and knocked it out in an unbelievable amount of time, less than 2 days on site. I cannot express my gratitude for this company and the entire process from start to finish. I have been dreaming of building my barn for over 15 years - and MQS finally made my dream come true. I had reached out to over 5 shop contractors in my area to interview. Only 3 returned my inquiry. Steven Palmer was our salesman and he never once made my questions feel silly. His communication was top tier and he was prompt in returning calls/emails. He put together multiple scenarios and drawings and customized our build to our budget. Once we were ready to pull the trigger, Steven helped us through the permitting process with the county. Once we finally had permits, the Yoder & sons company did the actual build. Hiring MQS to build our outbuilding was the smartest decision we have ever made. From start to finish, every member of the project communicated with us and performed their respective jobs efficiently and professionally. Michael was incredibly patient as we started out, answering all our questions and not making us feel like we were wasting his time as we went back and forth sizing and re-sizing the final structure. William and his crew did an amazing job pouring the slab in cold, blustery weather, keeping at it until the job was done. Noah's construction team took care to do everything just right and not cut corners or rush the job as has been our experience with other builders. Everyone communicated with us, showed up on time, worked diligently the whole time they were at the job site, and kept us "in the loop" as the building went up. The job site was cleaned up every day; there were never cigarette butts or other trash lying around; and left-over construction materials were stacked neatly in the new garage (which had been swept out). I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, respect, and talent exhibited by the people working for MQS. I can recommend MQS without reservation.

I had a very positive and great experience working with Chris Borntreger from MQS in all stages of the process from the start to finish of the final building. I started the process with Chris in December 2023 to have a building constructed in the early part of May 2024. I had a 30' width X 48' length X16' inside height free standing building built for a shop with a 12' width X 48' length lean-to. It was a pleasure working with Chris in all aspects of the job from the very start of the process until the completion and final walk through; as well as the crew constructing and putting up the building. They were all very professional, dependable, hardworking and really took pride in all of their work making sure everything was perfect, satisfactory and that the finished building was high quality.
The crew foreman; Winston and his crew were great to work with and watch as they were very professional, experienced, dedicated and took pride in their work as well as working together as a team.
I am very satisfied and pleased with their customer service and quality as well as the end product.

What Kind Of Warranties Come With A Commercial Building From MQS?

Each building from MQS comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. This covers problems that could occur with the building’s construction. If issues with a building occur within the first year, we will gladly come out and fix them as soon as possible. Typically, most repairs take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on whether or not replacement parts need to be ordered and their availability.

We take pride in the quality of how our buildings are built, so if something does happen with your MQS building even after one year, please give us a call. We will assess your situation and work with you to find the best solution possible.

We build all our Commercial Buildings with the highest-quality materials, most of which come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. For example, our garage doors, metal roofing and siding panels, and posts highlight warranties of 10, 40, and 50 years, respectively. What Is The Typical Start-To-Finish Time On An commercial building From MQS?

The entire process from initial contract agreement to finished construction of your custom commercial post-frame building can be as little as 4-6 weeks.

Completion times will vary based on seasonal and local demand, if custom parts (such as special Dutch or steel insulated garage doors, cupolas with weathervanes) need to be specially ordered, if there are delays in obtaining needed permits, or if site prep is not completed by the scheduled start date.

What Site Prep Is Needed Before Building An MQS Post-Frame Commercial Building?

If you are providing your own concrete, dirt, or other pad, you must provide us with a level building site of approximately two feet larger than your building’s specs on all sides.
Site prep should include the site being sloped off around the perimeter to ensure that water drains away from the site.
Final cosmetic leveling and grading may be needed after the completion of your building.

Site excavation for your building may be available through MQS, depending on your location. If unavailable, we will work with you to find the best solution possible for you in your area.

Does MQS Offer Any Financing?

At this time, we do not offer any financing options on our post-frame buildings. We have a longstanding business relationship with First Interstate Bank, which may help you get better rates.
