What Customers Say About Working With MQS

Carol B

MQS installed a wonderful storage barn for us. They worked hard, did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. They were meticulous in their finish work.

Jon L

I don’t typically write reviews but the experience with MQS was probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Glen is patient, knowledgeable and willing to work his butt off to make sure you have a great building. MQS build us a beautiful barn, on time and on budget. Thanks again for everything Glen and MQS.

Ben P

We just completed a 60x40 barn thru MQS and the quality of the structure was really impressive!! The crew (Brandon, Amil and Verton) were constantly checking to make sure everything was level and square which shows in the final product. It only took a little more than a week to complete the whole thing and was exactly like the plans that we had drawn up during the contract phase. If you are in the market for a structure, I would highly recommend these guys!!

We CAN NOT say enough good things about our building experience with this company. They put up our 32’ x 32’ x15’ quality pole barn ahead of schedule for the price quoted. From beginning to end, the employees of MQS were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Pride in their workmanship and product, is an attribute possessed by everyone from designers to workers on the job site. The building was erected in one day almost a month before the original scheduled date. We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone considering building a barn of any size or shed.

Janna E

Cannot say enough on how well we were treated by Weston Brown at MQS. From the initial planning to the completion of the shop/barn, he has been both helpful and communicative on the steps needed for the construction of our barn/shop. This was a first-time build for us, and we are very satisfied with the results and timeliness of MQS and their construction crew. Would have no problem recommending Weston (MQS) for anyone who is looking for a barn/shop of their own.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Kind Of Warranties Come With An Ag Building From MQS?

Each building from MQS comes with a one-year workmanship warranty. This covers problems that could occur with the building’s construction. If issues with a building occur within the first year, we will gladly come out and fix them as soon as possible. Typically, most repairs take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on whether or not replacement parts need to be ordered and their availability.

We take pride in the quality of how our buildings are built, so if something does happen with your MQS building even after one year, please give us a call. We will assess your situation and work with you to find the best solution possible.

We build all our Ag Buildings with the highest-quality materials, most of which come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. For example, our garage doors, metal roofing and siding panels, and posts highlight warranties of 10, 40, and 50 years, respectively. To find the specifics of our product warranties, please visit our building process page, our warranties page, or give us a call!

What Is The Typical Start-To-Finish Time On An Ag building From MQS?

The entire process from initial contract agreement to finished construction of your custom Ag post-frame building can be as little as 4-6 weeks.

Completion times will vary based on seasonal and local demand, if custom parts (such as special Dutch or steel insulated garage doors, cupolas with weathervanes) need to be specially ordered, if there are delays in obtaining needed permits, or if site prep is not completed by the scheduled start date.

If you have any questions about the process for your build, please give us a call!

What Site Prep Is Needed Before Building An MQS Post-Frame Ag Building?

  • If you are providing your own concrete, dirt, or other pad, you must provide us with a level building site of approximately two feet larger than your building’s specs on all sides.
  • Site prep should include the site being sloped off around the perimeter to ensure that water drains away from the site.
  • Final cosmetic leveling and grading may be needed after the completion of your building.

Site excavation for your building may be available through MQS, depending on your location. If unavailable, we will work with you to find the best solution possible for you in your area.
If you have any questions about this process, please give us a call.

Does MQS Offer Any Financing?

At this time, we do not offer any financing options on our post-frame buildings. We have a longstanding business relationship with First Interstate Bank, which may help you get better rates. Please mention to your loan officer that your financing is for an MQS Building. If you have any other questions, please give us a call.
